## **Position Summary**

Blue Ops, a maritime subsidiary of Red Cat Holdings, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily materials flow, shipping and receiving operations, and inventory accuracy.

## **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
---

  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight (LTL, FTL, parcel, specialized loads).
  • Oversee the Preparing of outgoing shipments with correct labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Track shipments and resolve delays with carriers.
  • Maintain accurate shipping logs and ERP entries.
  • Direct the logistics team on proper practices for shipping the final product via FTL and Specialized Loads.
  • Receive and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform inventory transactions and material movements.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory variance investigations.
  • Maintain organized warehouse layout compliant with Blue Ops standards.
  • Coordinate with Materials Manager and production teams on priorities.
  • Support buyers with logistics timelines and supplier delays.
  • Assist with staging and kit pulling for production needs.
  • Able to create and uphold Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain accurate records for shipping, receiving, and compliance.
  • Follow Blue Ops, Inc. safety, export control, and facility protocols.

## **Required Qualifications**
---

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehousing.
  • ERP experience including inventory and shipping modules.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

## **Additional Desired Qualifications**
---

  • Background in maritime, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
  • Export compliance knowledge (EAR/ITAR).
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

## **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**
---

  • Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
  • May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or emergency response situations.
  • Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment.
  • Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed
  • Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
