About The Role
## Description
Lead floor-level operational transformation to improve efficiency, quality, and overall production output
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, quality, and maintenance.
- Establish and monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, OSHA, FDA, and regulatory standards.
- Optimize manufacturing capacity, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Implement and update systems across the facility with continuous improvement strategies in mind
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead and mentor department leaders to build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment decisions.
- Identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions to support future expansion.
## Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-manufacturing, or related industries. Depth of experience in operational experience will be considered over tenure.
- Proven experience leading large-scale operational teams and multi-department functions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with strategic planning, KPI development, and operational budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage organizational growth and operational scaling.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in beverage production or co-packing environments.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement certification.
- Experience managing high-volume production facilities.
- Track record of driving operational efficiencies and profitability improvements.
