About The Role

## Description
Lead floor-level operational transformation to improve efficiency, quality, and overall production output

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, quality, and maintenance.
  • Establish and monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, OSHA, FDA, and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize manufacturing capacity, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Implement and update systems across the facility with continuous improvement strategies in mind
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor department leaders to build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment decisions.
  • Identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions to support future expansion.

## Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-manufacturing, or related industries. Depth of experience in operational experience will be considered over tenure.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale operational teams and multi-department functions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience with strategic planning, KPI development, and operational budgeting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage organizational growth and operational scaling.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance standards.

**Preferred Experience**

  • Experience in beverage production or co-packing environments.
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement certification.
  • Experience managing high-volume production facilities.
  • Track record of driving operational efficiencies and profitability improvements.
