ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISING REGISTERED NURSE

The House Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for the hospital during assigned shifts. This role serves as the on-site nursing administrator, coordinating patient flow, staffing, bed placement, and resource utilization while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. The House Supervisor supports frontline staff, facilitates communication among departments, responds to emergent situations, and promotes exceptional patient and employee experiences across the organization.
