**The Role**

As a Registered Nurse, you will take the lead in coordinating post-operative care. You’ll utilize high-level clinical skills to monitor recovery, emphasizing early intervention and the proactive recognition of complications to ensure every patient returns home safely.

**Schedule & Flexibility**

• **Full-Time:** 48 hours per pay period (bi-weekly).
• **Shift Structure:** Enjoy a balanced rotation of two 12-hour shifts per week (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM).
• **Work-Life Balance:** Benefit from **self-scheduling** and minimal weekend requirements.

## Qualifications

• **Education:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Nebraska RN License (or compact state equivalency).
• **Certifications:** Current BLS at hire; ACLS and PALS required within 90 days.
• **Experience:** Previous post-surgical experience is preferred, but we value a strong desire to learn progressive care.
