Small Engine Technician

## Description

• Deliver exceptional service, ensuring timely and high-quality onsite repair services for all assigned work orders.
• Inspect equipment as a whole to obtain accurate diagnosis and effective solution to the problem.
• Appropriate handling of all tools and equipment to ensure safety.
• Assist other technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of performed work and progress.
• Preserve a safe, clean, and organized workspace environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on client and rental fleet equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional, and informative interaction with clients, and address concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• All other duties and tasks assigned by management.

## Qualifications

• Mechanical skills encompassing small engine, diesel and hydraulic systems diagnostics and repairs.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending and sitting.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in person and via documentation.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
