Dish Utility Catering

## Description

• Cleaning and washing of dishes, cutting boards and all glassware and silverware.
• Maintains clean glass racks and is responsible for their storage.
• Duties may include the removal of garbage, cleaning of containers and floors as directed by the Chef.
• Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by the Chef

## Qualifications
**Education:**

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.

**Licenses/Certifications/Other:**

• Must be able to obtain Oklahoma Racing License
