## Description
**Position Purpose**
Maintains assigned areas of the community in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition by performing various repetitive tasks using necessary equipment and supplies.
**Principal Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job**

• Daily cleaning of rooms, halls and areas as assigned. Completes work orders as assigned.
• Hard surface floors are refinished as scheduled. Hard surface floors are buffed and/or burnished according to schedule.
• Carpeted areas are extracted as scheduled or needed.
• The trash is picked up and taken to the dumpster as scheduled or needed.
• Performs weekend duties on a scheduled and rotating basis.

## Qualifications

• High School or GED
• Must be physically able to lift or move heavy items on a consistent basis. Floor care experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
