## Qualifications
**Paid Training Provided:**

We’ll set you up for success with certifications including

• CPR/First Aid
• Medication Aide
• DBHDS DSP Orientation
• Mandt Crisis Intervention

**What You’ll Need:**

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Satisfactory criminal background check

**We’re Looking For People Who:**

• Can support individuals with daily living tasks
• Experienced, reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Work well in a team and use sound judgment
• Are ready to complete all required certifications listed above
• Know how to find and utilize community resources
