At Linwood Center, our Residential Assistants play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. You’ll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where you’ll receive guidance from supervisors, ongoing training, and the opportunity to build strong relationships while making an impact every day.

**What You’ll Do**

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and routines
• Assist with household tasks, organization, and maintaining a safe environment
• Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and independence
• Maintain documentation and communicate with the care team

**Training & Support**

• We provide CPR / First Aid certification
• We provide MANDT training
• Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors

**What You Bring**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others
• Knowledge of Autism and Behavioral Interventions (Preferred)
• Computer data entry skills
• Effective writing, grammar and communication skills
• Skills needed to be trainable
