At Linwood Center, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping students develop meaningful communication skills. **What You’ll Do**
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
- Support students with AAC systems (low- and high-tech)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Monitor progress and maintain documentation aligned with guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Provide training and support to staff and families as needed
**Training & Support**
- We provide CPR certification
- We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training
- Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors
**What You Bring**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric and special education populations preferred
- Familiarity with AAC systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
