**What You’ll Do**

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
• Support students with AAC systems (low- and high-tech)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation aligned with guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Provide training and support to staff and families as needed

**Training & Support**

• We provide CPR certification
• We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training
• Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors

**What You Bring**

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Maryland licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with pediatric and special education populations preferred
• Familiarity with AAC systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
