At Linwood Center, our Job Coaches work directly with individuals in community-based employment settings, providing hands-on guidance and encouragement. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with strong supervisor support and opportunities to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.

**What You’ll Do**

• Support individuals at job sites to help them succeed in their roles
• Assist with developing vocational and life skills
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance during work tasks
• Support community integration and independence
• Provide transportation and support
• Track progress and complete required documentation
• Encourage independence and engagement

**Training & Support**

• We provide CPR certification
• We provide MANDT training
• We provide ongoing Core trainings
• Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and lead

**What You Bring**

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Share your community connections for activities
