**About the Role**

As a BCBA at RISE, you will

  • Lead clinical programming and ensure high-quality ABA services
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Partner with families to create meaningful, lasting progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client success
