We are looking for passionate, Arizona-licensed ****Speech-Language Pathologists**** who want the clinical freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client-base of a premier local provider.
****Competitive Contractor Compensation****
We value your expertise and offer a transparent, premium pay structure
- ****Direct Therapy:**** $75.00 / hour
- ****Evaluations:**** $120.00 / hour
- ****SLPA Supervision:**** $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided)

****Responsibilities****
- ****Assess & Evaluate:**** Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency.
- ****Tailored Therapy:**** Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21).
- ****Collaborate:**** Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home.
- ****Mentor:**** Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.
- ****Documentation:**** Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems.
****Qualifications****
- ****Education:**** Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ****Licensure:**** Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- ****Experience:**** Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
- ****Mobility:**** Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services.
- ****Mindset:**** A collaborative spirit and a passion for serving the developmental disability community.
