*Employees may occasionally be scheduled before opening or after closing to assist with branch operations.*

**Teller Services** is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented **Teller** to join our team.

This unique position provides frontline service to members of both **INOVA Federal Credit Union** and **ChiPhone Federal Credit Union**, delivering exceptional member service while accurately processing a variety of financial transactions.

As a Teller, you'll be the face of the credit union, helping members with their everyday banking needs while building relationships based on trust, professionalism, and outstanding service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

# **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to every member.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other financial transactions.
• Balance and reconcile your cash drawer daily while maintaining established cash limits.
• Verify member identities and follow all security procedures to protect member information.
• Identify member needs and refer appropriate products or services when opportunities arise.
• Answer questions regarding accounts, products, and services or direct members to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve member concerns professionally while delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, regulations, and security standards.
• Support operational needs for both INOVA Federal Credit Union and Chiphone Federal Credit Union locations as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of member and organizational information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

# **Desired Skills & Experience**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and cash balancing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, professional, and accountable.
• Comfortable learning financial systems and technology.

# **Position Details**
This full-time Teller position is employed through **Teller Services** and supports members at both INOVA Federal Credit Union and ChiPhone Federal Credit Union branch locations.
Successful candidates will receive training on the procedures and systems used by both organizations while providing exceptional service and accurate transaction processing.
