INOVA Federal Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and member-focused **Cash Service Representative (Teller)** to join our Teller Services team.

As a Cash Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our members, creating positive first impressions while delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Whether processing transactions, answering questions, or helping members find the right solutions, you'll play an important role in making every interaction a great experience.

This position primarily supports our **CR 6 and CR 17 branch locations** in Elkhart, Indiana, where INOVA shares branch space with our sister credit union, **Chiphone Federal Credit Union**. You'll have the unique opportunity to serve members from both organizations while gaining experience with multiple operating systems and expanding your knowledge of financial services.

# **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to members in person and over the phone.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and other financial transactions.
• Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer while following established cash handling procedures.
• Answer member questions and provide solutions for everyday banking needs.
• Educate members about digital banking services, debit cards, mobile banking, and online banking tools.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
• Build positive relationships through exceptional service and meaningful conversations.
• Maintain compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient branch operations and an outstanding member experience.
• Assist with additional branch responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred qualifications include

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or financial services experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with strong work ethic and professionalism.

# **Position Details**
This is a full-time position primarily supporting our **CR 6 and CR 17 branch locations** in Elkhart, Indiana.
**Branch Hours**
**Monday–Friday:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Saturday Hours**

• Chiphone Federal Credit Union: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• INOVA Federal Credit Union: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
