**Job Summary:**

As our Merchandiser, your key goal is to help increase sales while maintaining outstanding relationships with all our accounts. This will be achieved by stocking shelves on a daily basis to eliminate out-of-stock conditions, strategically placing paper point-of-sale to increase brand awareness and restocking and building floor and end displays.

This position requires the daily use of a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Merchandising:** Organize and arrange beverage products on store shelves and displays to ensure optimal visibility and product presentation.
2. **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage product inventory levels at retail locations, ensuring stock is replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
3. **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with store managers, owners, and staff to ensure our products receive priority placement and attention.
4. **Stock Rotation:** Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to prevent expired products and maintain product freshness.
5. **Promotions and Marketing:** Collaborate with the sales team to execute product promotions, point-of-sale displays, and marketing materials to increase product sales.
6. **Data Collection:** Gather data on product sales, customer feedback, and competition to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
7. **Compliance:** Ensure that all product placements and displays comply with company and legal standards, including pricing and signage regulations.
8. **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on merchandising activities, including photos and store visit summaries.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage inventory and ensure product placement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with account managers, supervisors, and retail staff.
• Physical fitness and stamina to lift, move, and stock merchandise, as well as handle deliveries.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and product placement.
• Dependable and punctual with the ability to maintain a regular work schedule.
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and personal auto insurance meeting the company's minimum coverage requirements.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for daily use between accounts.
• Basic knowledge of the beverage industry and point-of-sale materials is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle.
• Willingness to collaborate with the account manager and contribute to account satisfaction.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and work independently when required.
