**Overview**

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Theraprists to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals and families. This role requires experience in counseling and crisis intervention, as well as experience working with diverse populations.

**Highlights**

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform intakes
• Implement crisis management strategies to support clients.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions when necessary.
• Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in clinical counseling, particularly with children and families.
• Late afternoon and evening hours available.
• Hourly rate based on kept session productivity.
• Spanish speaking bilingual (preferred)

## Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• A License in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required. (LAC, LPC)
• Proven experience in clinical counseling, particularly with children and families.
