**Position Summary**

Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** provides skilled physical therapy treatments to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

**Key Responsibilities of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)**

  • Administer physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care

## Qualifications
**Qualifications for Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)**

  • Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
