## Full-Time Day Shift Opportunity

**Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

**Schedule:** 3 days per week with every other weekend rotation

## Competitive Pay

• Earn up to **$36/hour****for LPN**

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise and support STNA team members
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
• Assist with staff orientation and training

**Qualifications**

• Active **LPN or RN license**
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
