**Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required.**

Part Time 7a-7p Weekend Warrior position available. The schedule is every Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p.

**Competitive Pay**

• Earn up to $41 per hour for Full Time Weekend Warrior LPN.
• Earn up to $48 per hour for Full Time Weekend Warrior RN

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise and support STNA team members
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
• Assist with staff orientation and training

**Qualifications**

• Active LPN or RN license
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

## Qualifications
**Job Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN:**

• Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• **Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required.**
