**To Do What: You will be responsible for administering IECs job placement program by ensuring a successful job transition experience for graduating students.**

• **Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC students and graduates.**
• **Preparing students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development and job interview preparation.**
