**We're Looking For:** Someone with tenacity, passion, discipline and grit to join our team as an **Career Services Specialist** at our campus.

**To Do What:** You will be responsible for administering IECs job placement program by ensuring a successful job transition experience for graduating students.

**Some of the great work youll do includes:**

• Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC students and graduates.
• Preparing students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development and job interview preparation.

## Qualifications
**REQUIREMENTS**

• **High School Diploma, required or Associate Degree, preferred**
• **Solid understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process**
• **Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, including superior problem solving, organization and conflict resolution skills**
• **Ability to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds**
• **Ability to professionally represent the campus in the employment community**
• **Ability to work independently and adapt to change**
• **High energy, assertive, results driven and highly ethical**
• **Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must**
