Facilities Supervisor

## Description

• Ensures an efficient flow of communication within the Facilities Department.
• Maintains organized preventive maintenance and repair records.
• Communicates with Landis Homes' staff, residents and others involved regarding maintenance issues.
• Assists with repairs as needed.
• Maintains appropriate equipment and parts inventory.
• Tracks and submits invoices for payment in coordination with the Director of Facilities.
• Participates in on-call rotation in Facilties.
• Assists with snow removal and other emergencies as needed.
• Assumes the Director's duties in his/her absence.
• Understands and models the Honoring Lives principles in leadership, relationships and customer service.
• Supervises, motivates, trains, and defines the organization's standards and communicates effectively with staff using team leadership concepts.
• Provides and supports growth and development opportunities for team members.

## Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Maintains current valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Prior experience in related role required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of facility's various systems present in a long-term care facility.
• Proficient in use of computer and related technology required for the role..
