Center for Positive Changes (CFPC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated **Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS)** to join our multidisciplinary clinical team serving youth in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP).

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic support to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges while working alongside licensed clinicians, residential staff, social workers, probation officers, and community partners.

## Qualifications

**REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**

A qualified candidate must meet the requirements for one (1) or more of the following

1. Master’s degree or PhD **AND** at least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.

**OR**

1. Bachelor’s degree **AND** at least four (4) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.

**OR**

1. Associate’s Arts degree **AND** at least six (6) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) direct care experience working in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
