## Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Active CNA license
• BLS certification
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of care and documentation.
• Exhibit flexibility and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in critical situations.
• Assess and respond appropriately to medical emergencies involving residents or staff, using sound judgment and established protocols.
