**Position Summary:**

The Supply Fulfillment Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing activities that ensure customer orders and internal demand are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in alignment with production and inventory plans. This role serves as a key link between supply chain planning, operations, and logistics, monitoring material availability, order status, and fulfillment performance to support service level commitments.

The Supply Fulfillment Lead proactively identifies supply risks, resolves fulfillment issues, and drives communication across cross‑functional teams to maintain smooth material and product flow. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced, demand‑driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Supplier Performance & Delivery Management**

  • Own supplier delivery performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), lead time adherence, and capacity alignment
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement actions
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier delivery issues and constraints
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment with forecast, demand changes, and production schedules

**Supply Risk Management & Recovery Planning**

  • Identify supply risks and shortages proactively across the supply base
  • Develop, implement, and track recovery plans to mitigate disruptions and close gaps
  • Lead cross-functional recovery efforts with sourcing, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams
  • Provide clear communication and updates to leadership on risk status, impacts, and mitigation actions

**Production “Clear to Build” Enablement**

  • Ensure all materials and components are available to support production schedules
  • Partner with planning and manufacturing teams to confirm build readiness and resolve constraints
  • Prioritize and manage supply allocation during constrained conditions
  • Drive rapid issue resolution to maintain production continuity

**Supplier Validation & Readiness**

  • Support supplier onboarding and validation processes to ensure readiness for production
  • Verify supplier capacity, capability, and quality readiness before production ramp
  • Partner with sourcing, quality, and engineering teams to validate new or transferring suppliers
  • Ensure suppliers meet operational, technical, and compliance requirements

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

  • Work closely with sourcing, planning, logistics, quality, and engineering teams
  • Align supply commitments with demand planning and business priorities
  • Facilitate regular communication forums with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet delivery and operational targets
  • **Qualifications & Requirements:**
  • **Required:**
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in supply chain or related field
  • Experience: 7+ years in a sourcing, materials or operations role
  • Skills: attention to detail, high energy, problem solving mentality, strong communication ability

**Preferred:**

  • Experience in a large manufacturing environment
  • Supply chain risk mitigation expert
  • Process development in a manufacturing environment
  • Inventory management strategy
  • Planning & Production scheduling a plus
