Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients & customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our water and wastewater services.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
• Provide accurate information about our services and processes to customers
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
• Process service requests, receiving payments, billing inquiries, and other customer-related transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer requests
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field of customer service

## Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
