**Schedule:** M-F 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM

### **Position Summary**

Seagrave Fire Apparatus is looking for a Fabrication Helper I to join our team. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience required. In this role, you will assist with basic fabrication tasks and support team members in building high-quality fire trucks and equipment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Assist with daily production tasks
• Sort and move materials as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support team members to meet production goals

### **Qualifications**

• No experience required – we will train
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic mechanical interest is a plus

### **Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs daily
• Perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching)
