• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex vehicle systems

***Master Technician Compensation and Benefits***
The High‑Level Technician position is paid on a **pay scale** that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

• **Hourly compensation**, which varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance, range from $33.80- $90.00
• **Production‑based incentive compensation**, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
• **Retention‑based incentive compensation**, which may be earned based on hours produced

• Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as hours worked, production, performance metrics, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed.
