***Service Advisor Job Responsibilities***
As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. Your mission is to turn every repair into a seamless, high-quality experience.

• **Expert Communication:** Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options
• **Drive Production:** Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts
• **Consultative Selling:** Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road
• **Keep the Peace:** Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises
• **Deliver the "Wow":** Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience

## Qualifications
***Service Advisor Qualifications***

• **Experience:** 2+ years of prior service writing experience (CDK experience is a major plus!)
• **Availability:** A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must)
• **Skills:** Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment

• *Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.*
