***Service Advisor Job Responsibilities***

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience
  • Advise customers on recommended Ford services, repairs, and maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
  • Accurately write and manage service repair orders with clear, detailed information for the technician team
  • Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely and quality completion of work
  • Upsell Ford-recommended maintenance services, protection plans, and accessories when appropriate
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle status, timelines, and additional service needs
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and high customer satisfaction scores
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented Ford dealership environment

## Qualifications
***Service Advisor Qualifications***

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Ford or dealership experience preferred)
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, management, and customers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional, customer-first approach
  • Strong attention to detail, including accurate documentation, follow-up, and repair order management
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
