***Certified Technician Job Responsibilities***

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document inspections, findings, and repair recommendations
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in a flat‑rate environment
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department

• This is a **full‑time position**. Schedules may include **Monday through Saturday**, depending on location.

## Qualifications
***Certified Technician Qualifications***

• Current ASE and/or manufacturer certifications
• Proven experience working in a flat‑rate technician role
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
