**Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with NO Certification = $16/Hour**
**Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with Certification by DMHA as a Certified Peer = $17.50/Hour**

## **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide peer recovery services including crisis intervention, outreach, and engagement
- Support individuals experiencing acute crisis in person and by phone
- Build rapport using lived experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
## Qualifications
## **Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certification preferred; eligibility required.
- To be considered certified, must have either:
- Indiana Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP-DMHA), or
- Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC-A or CPRC – ICAADA)
