**$5,000 Sign-On BONUS!**

**($2,500 upon 90 days of employment / $2,500 upon 180 days of employment)**

**WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

  • Provide daily group psychotherapy.
  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals and monitor patient's progress toward treatment goals.
  • Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.
  • Maintain contact with referral sources and other providers as necessary.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
  • Provide individual, marital, and family therapy.
  • Provide family education as needed.

## Job Qualifications
**WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?**

  1. Applicants must have an LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  2. Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
  3. Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
