The Detroit Athletic Club is seeking an experienced and motivated **Line Cook** to join our talented kitchen staff. Our club is known for its exceptional dining experiences, world-class amenities, and commitment to excellence in every detail.

As a Line Cook, you’ll work alongside skilled chefs in a fast-paced, professional environment where quality, consistency, and creativity shine. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-end dishes for our members and guests across multiple dining outlets and events.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas
• Ensure quality, presentation, and timing of dishes meet club expectations
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily setup/breakdown
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

## Qualifications

• Previous line cook or culinary experience required (private club or fine dining preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented kitchen
• Culinary degree or certification a plus
