Job Overview

The Scale House Operator/Admin Assistant is responsible for operating the scale house in compliance with the Department of Transportation regulations. It is also responsible for assisting accounting, sales, logistics, and safety.

Monday-Friday 4:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain/operate the scale house
• Occasionally maintain/operate the other scale houses remotely
• Assist accounting with basic accounting duties
• Assist sales, logistics, & safety
• Maintain/operate FastWeigh
• Coordinate with haulers
• Assist in record keeping
• Adhere to compliance regulations
• Maintain the scale house by ordering supplies and keeping the area clean/organized
• Maintain inventory records and inspections
• Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned

## Qualifications
---

• Computer skills, including Windows 11; MS Office Excel, Outlook, & Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Attention to detail
• Multi-tasking
