| **Position Summary** |
| The Wardrobe Clerk provides friendly service to all employees who pick up and drop off their uniforms. | **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** |
| 1. Assists employees with uniform exchange. 2. Collects and inspects uniforms for any repair or replacement. 3. Prepares soiled uniforms for laundry pick-up. 4. Inspects and sorts all clean uniforms. 5. Issues and collects aprons and accessories. 6. Records sales of items on transaction slips, noting employee’s department 7. as required. 8. Completes loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories. 9. Counts, tickets and hangs all stock for Company stores. 10. Operates employee coatroom. 11. Unpacks and hangs stock. 12. Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. 13. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia. |

| 1. Builds a professional relationship with all team members and work associates, while supporting a strong collaborative work environment. 2. Performs additional duties as necessary. |
| **Key Performance Indicators** |
| This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process. |
| **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** |
| 1. Ability to read, write and draft routine correspondence 2. Ability to deal effectively with casino employees and contractor personnel 3. Ability to type and use computer equipment. 4. Ability to work under pressure. 5. Ability to prepare and maintain detailed records, files and reports. 6. Ability to understand oral and written instructions. 7. Ability to apply basic organizational development skills. 8. Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar. 9. Knowledge of basic computer operation, i.e., word processing using word perfect for windows. 10. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned |
## Qualifications

| **Education and Experience** | |
| Required: 1. High School Diploma or GED certification. 2. Must be 18 years old. Preferred: 1. Experience in wardrobe or Uniform room. Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience. | |
| **License/Certifications/Registrations** | |
| 1. Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation. 2. Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening. | |
