| **Position Summary** |

| Provides friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their baggage from the Bell Desk to their room or vehicle. | **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** |

| 1. Greet incoming guests and escort them to their rooms. 2. Receive and mark baggage by completing and attaching claim checks. 3. Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, banquet storage room by hand or using baggage carts. 4. Arrange for shipments of baggage, express mail, and parcels by providing weighing and billing services. 5. Assist physically challenged travelers and other guests with special needs. 6. Compute and complete charge slips for services rendered and maintain records. 7. Deliver messages and room service orders and run errands for guests. 8. Explain the operation of room features such as locks, ventilation systems, and televisions. 9. Performs other duties as assigned. 10. Must attend and complete are required departmental training. 11. Builds professional relationships with guests while maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor. 12. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned scheduled each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo Sandia. |

| This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared to all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process. |

| **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** |

| 1. Excellent customer service skills. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Knowledge of Casino Hotel Resort services. 4. Knowledge of local area. |

| **Education and Experience** | | |

| Required: 1. One (1) year of experience in customer service. 2. Must be 18 years of age 3. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience. | | |

| **License/Certifications/Registrations** | | |

| 1. Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation. 2. Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening. | | |
