2nd shift Production Associates

## Description

We are looking for an entry level **Machine Operators and Assemblers** to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. Shift hours are **Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00 am** and overtime on Fridays 3:30pm-8:30pm as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Correct issues that may occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Assemble reels utilizing, different hand tools.

## Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator or assembler
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)
• Analytical math skills.
• Attention to details.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform the job.
• Ability to work without minimal supervision.
• Ability to assist with or work with other machinery as production needs change.
• Ability to cross train as production needs dictate.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work overtime as needed is a condition of employment.
