### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking experienced and dependable **Paramedics** to provide high-quality medical care at **special events** throughout Indiana. This is a **PRN (as-needed)** position ideal for EMS professionals looking for flexible work opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Events may include concerts, sporting events, festivals, fairs, and private gatherings, etc.

**PRN Position**: Hours will vary depending on event schedules and your availability

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide **emergency medical care** and **basic/advanced life support** according to Indiana EMS protocols.
• Assess patients and determine appropriate treatment in various event environments.
• Monitor and manage patients until care is transferred to an ambulance crew or higher-level facility, if needed.
• Work closely with EMTs, event staff, security, and venue personnel to ensure safety and efficient response.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all patient encounters and interventions.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and medical kits are stocked, clean, and ready for deployment.
• Represent the EMS agency with professionalism and excellent customer service.

## Qualifications
### **Qualifications:**

• **Current Indiana Paramedic certification** (required)
• **BLS, ACLS, and PALS** certifications (required)
• **Minimum of 1 year** of field experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Work environments will vary (indoor/outdoor, large crowds, varying weather conditions)
