**PWS Title:** Senior Subject Matter Expert of Electronic Warfare
**Location**: Fort Eustis, VA
**Clearance Type:** Top Secret
**Responsibilities:**

• Support SGM and Deputy TT as EW SME for the SOF EW community.
• Develop tools and technology with partners in support of SOF EW capabilities.
• Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
• Identify and develop RADAR, ECM, ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities for further development or fielding.

## Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, ISR, or SIGINT operations, including 3–5+ years supporting SOF or joint EW programs.
• Strong knowledge of EW TTPs and integrated EW/ISR/SIGINT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline related to EW or RF engineering.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience planning or executing EW operations in joint/combined environments.
