**PWS Title:** Senior Subject Matter Expert Signature Reduction
**Location**: Fort Bragg, NC
**Clearance Type:** Top Secret
**Responsibilities:**

• Assist and conduct signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, and associated product development.
• Work directly with assigned units and multi-echelon joint staff to integrate signature-reduction plans in support of mission requirements.
• Develop products including concepts of operation, plans, deployment orders, reporting requirements, support concepts, information papers, and assessments.

## Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 10+ years in signature reduction, OPSEC, technical surveillance, or related fields, including 3–5+ years supporting SOF, IC, or other sensitive mission sets.
• Demonstrated understanding of physical, technical, and digital signature-management measures.
• Strong briefing and coordination skills across multiple HQ and unit levels.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with low-visibility operations, cover and attribution management, or special mission support.
