**PWS Title:** Senior Subject Matter Expert Electronic Warfare
**Location**: Fort Bragg, NC
**Clearance Type:** Top Secret
**Responsibilities:**

• Support SGM and Deputy TT as EW SME, developing tools and technology in support of SOF EW and breaching-related missions.
• Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
• Identify and develop RADAR, ECM, ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities for further development or fielding in support of SOF.

## Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, ISR, or SIGINT operations, including 3–5+ years supporting SOF or similar high-end organizations.
• Strong knowledge of EW techniques, tactics, and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating EW technologies and integrating them into operational concepts.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Prior experience in EW program management or requirements development for SOF.
