## Description
**Position title**: Training Subject Matter Expert (Advanced Training Command)
**Location**: Coronado, CA
**Clearance level required**: Secret
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**

Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of Initial Qualification Training (IQT) programs that align with operational objectives.
Instruct, design, and validate curricula, coordinate logistical requirements, and ensure seamless execution of training activities.
Analyze training outcomes, recommend improvements, and contribute to mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
