Compliance Support Analyst

## Description
**Position title**: Compliance Support Analyst
**Location**: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
**Clearance required**: Active Secret with the potential to upgrade to TS/SCI
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**

• Perform environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance activities across assigned operations.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports, permits, and submissions.
• Help coordinate EHS training programs and track employee participation.

Collect, analyze, and report compliance data to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistent adherence to EHS standards and safe work practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant environmental and safety regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and help develop follow-up action plans.
• Support cross-functional projects related to risk reduction, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

## Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Industrial Health, Safety, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental health and safety, with a focus on regulations and compliance.
