## Description
**Position title**: Maintenance Management Specialist (Mid/Senior)
**Location**: Camp Lejune, North Carolina
**Clearance required**: SECRET
**Scope:** Run the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization - from ERO to readiness reporting.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**

Manage maintenance production and records in GCSS-MC.
Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance.
Manage the Equipment Repair Order (ERO) lifecycle.
Monitor deadline reports and parts-on-order status.
Run calibration/modification control and analyze readiness metrics.

## Qualifications

4 - 8+ years in maintenance management / production control.
GCSS-MC maintenance module experience (power-user level for leads).
Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

USMC maintenance management background.
