# Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Building and Maintenance Supervisor to keep our manufacturing facility running safely, efficiently, and without disruption. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with proactive problem-solving and vendor oversight.

# Key Skills & Impact

**Facility Operations**

• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, fire/security)
• Lead maintenance activities and respond quickly to operational issues

**Preventive Maintenance**

• Build and manage PM programs to reduce downtime
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement

**Vendor Management**

• Coordinate contractors and service providers
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standard

**Safety & Compliance**

• Support OSHA and building code compliance
• Manage inspections, permits, and documentation

**Planning & Problem Solving**

• Prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment
• Implement long-term fixes—not just short-term solutions

**Administrative Oversight**

• Track expenses, contracts, and service records
• Provide clear updates to the Plant Manager

## Qualifications
# Qualifications
**Required**

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance or building operations (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems and utilities
• Experience managing vendors and contractors
• Hands-on, independent problem solver

**Preferred**

• Technical certification or associate degree
• Budgeting or expense tracking experience

**Physical Requirements**

• Able to walk, lift, climb, and access mechanical spaces
• Available for occasional after-hours or emergency support
