Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute group events from arrival to conclusion
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for event hosts and guests
• Assist with event setup, timelines, and guest flow
• Communicate with operations, food & beverage, and management teams
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Support sales and management with event-related needs

Qualifications

• Previous event coordination, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
