## Lot Attendant at Used Car Store

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team at Bob Johnson Certified. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal of our lot and supporting our sales team in daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Lot Maintenance:** Ensure the lot and facility are clean, organized, and presentable. This includes parking vehicles, washing cars, and clearing debris from the grounds. Make sure all the vehicles have proper window stickers/ prices/ and marketing materials on them.
• **Vehicle Preparation:** Make sure all the vehicles are ready for customer deliveries, having cars washed / vacuuming interiors.
• **Sales Support:** Help assist the sales staff with daily tasks, such as moving vehicles for test drives, organizing keys, and preparing vehicles for customer pickup.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently as well as contributing to a positive working environment.

## Qualifications
**Schedule:**

• 8 hour shift in person
• Monday to Friday

**License/Certification:**

• Driver's License (Required)

• **Self-Motivated:** Ability to take initiative and work independently while also following directions from supervisors.
• **Multitasking:** Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing time effectively.
• **Basic Computer Skills:** Familiarity with basic computer operations for data entry and vehicle management systems.
• **Team Player:** Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment
• **Capability:** Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
