ADS EERCS DAS Installer/Technician

## Description
**Required Education, Experience & Abilities Technical Requirements**

• **Certification:** Active **FCC GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License)** required for programming and commissioning.
• **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with public safety DAS or cellular DAS.
• **Hardware Knowledge:** Familiarity with major active/passive BDA brands such as Westell, Comba, Honeywell, and ADRF
• **Tools:** Proficiency with fiber scopes, cable strip tools, spectrum analyzers, line sweep equipment, and lift machinery.
• **Lift Certification:** Scissor/Boom lift operator certification is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of NFPA 72, NFPA 1221, and IFC 510 codes.
